How do I know if I need a Living Trust?

My spouse and I have always held “sole & separate” property. What type of Living
Trust should we have ?

Our marriage is a second marriage. We each have children. We want to provide for
the surviving spouse when one of us dies. We do not want to disburse anything in
our estate until after we are both deceased. Can a trust provide a solution to our
Problem?

We have a disabled adult child. How can a Living Trust provide for his future?

My sister and I have lived together for many years. We are both divorced and each
of us has two children. We own most of our assets in common. How do we set up an
estate plan?

I have a significant other. We have been together for 20 years. We own real
property and a business together. Our families do not agree with our lifestyle. We
want to keep our family out of it and provide for each other in the event one of us
dies. How can we do that?

I am a widow. My husband left everything to me when he died. He has two children
from a previous marriage. They want their Father’s share of our estate now. Can
that be handled in a trust?
